I bought this place in 2019 because of the incredible river and ocean view. It was a complete wreck when I bought the place, since it was originally built in 1954. Since then I have spent three years completely remodeling the interior as well as the exterior. With my cabinet making skills, I was able to not only build all of the cabinetry but the bedroom furniture as well. With the gorgeous tropical landscape, I wanted to create a place that was much more than just a place to lay your head…but hopefully a very special experience for you to enjoy!

This home is fully yours for your enjoyment. There is a front courtyard that has very nice swivel club chairs that surrounds a propane fire pit. This area is also shared by the adjacent unit. The hot tub available to you is PRIVATE, and for your exclusive use.

Other things to note:

In the front of the residence, there is a fenced courtyard. Within the courtyard are six very nice club swivel chairs that surround a propane fire pit. This is a community area to be shared with the adjacent unit. This unit also includes a bonus room that sleeps two on a queen size pullout bed. Bed linens are in an ottoman located in that room, and a comforter/pillows are located on a shelf in a main bedroom closet.

Access to the Mad River is available via a short walk either north or south of the property. Access to the Pacific Ocean (Mad River County Park) is available via a 2.5mi (5mi round trip) via bike or walking, or 8 minutes by car to Clam Beach County Park.
