Is there a security deposit?

Yes, there is a security deposit hold of $300. If there is no damage to the property, your security deposit will be released within 3 business days of your departure.

Do you allow pets?

No pets allowed in Ocean’s Edge, Serenity Wave, or Pacific View

What safety features do you offer?

• There are outdoor security cameras present at all properties for your safety.

• There is a fire extinguisher for each property.

• There are carbon monoxide and smoke detectors which are checked regularly.

What are the house rules?

• Check in time is 4pm, Check out time is 11am

• Quiet hours are 10pm-9am

• No parties allowed.

• No smoking of any kind is allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if smoking occurs

• No illegal substance of any kind.

Whats your cancellation policy?

• Cancel more than 30 days before check-in to receive 100% refund.

• Cancel less than 30 days but more than 14 days before check-in to receive 50% refund.

• No refund will be issued if you cancel 14 days or less before your check-in

• COVID: You can rest easy knowing that in the event short term vcation rentals are suspended due to COVID regulations, you will recive 100% refund.
